EPC Focused Enterprise Sales Executive (Houston, TX)

SKUR, Inc., the world’s leading cloud-based variance detection platform is seeking a sales executive to lead efforts in the global EPC Market.  The primary goal is to build and develop relationships that lead to enterprise sales deals with leading EPC firms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, quantify and create strategies to close sales with existing and new prospects
  • Build relationships with key industry executives and project stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with owner/operators
  • Support and maintain existing accounts and land and expand in new accounts
  • Attend industry conferences and evangelize platform
  • Work with business development to develop closing strategies for prospects
  • Work with product development to refine product solutions for customers
  • Collaborate and provide thought leadership to market
  • Grow opportunities with new market segments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years+ of industry experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive
  • 5 years+ or experience of selling experience in the EPC and/or Owner/Operator market
  • Demonstrated ability to close in emerging markets
  • Existing network of prospects
  • Experience working in design & project controls software a major plus
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology landscape in the EPC market
  • High energy level and ability to multitask
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Ability to work with small team and self-motivate
  • Willingness to work for a fast & agile startup and wear multiple hats
  • Travel as necessary

Salary:

  • Cash + Commission + Equity

EPC Focused Business Development Executive (Houston, TX)

SKUR, Inc., the world’s leading cloud-based variance detection platform is seeking a business development executive to lead efforts in the global EPC Market.  The primary goal is to build and develop relationships that lead to business agreements with leading EPC firms.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, quantify and create strategies to build a customer base and grow revenue
  • Build relationships with key industry executives and project stakeholders
  • Develop relationships with owner/operators
  • Support and maintain existing accounts and land and expand in new accounts
  • Attend industry conferences and evangelize platform
  • Conduct market research
  • Work with sales to develop closing strategies for prospects
  • Work with product development to refine product solutions for customers
  • Work with software partners to develop relationships and integrate platform to solutions for design, project management and facilities management
  • Collaborate and provide thought leadership to market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years+ of industry experience as a Business Development or Sales and Marketing Executive
  • 5 years+ or experience in the EPC and/or Owner/Operator markets
  • Experience working in design & project controls software a major plus
